About the job

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the development of the core modules of Manus Agent, driving the practical application of generative AI in real-world scenarios.
• Optimize Agent performance through prompt engineering, tool design, RAG, Agent system architecture optimization, etc.
• Validate new product feature ideas through rapid prototyping.
• Develop evaluation systems and automated evaluation processes to assess Agent performance.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of programming experience; Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related field (outstanding fresh graduates are welcome).
• Strong programming skills, excellent design capabilities, and high code quality standards.
• Proficient in using front-end technology stack for rapid prototyping and developing evaluation platforms.
• Solid understanding of backend domains, including databases, caching, message queues, and microservices.
• Demonstrate extreme ownership for the part you are responsible for.
• Adapt quickly to dynamic and fast-paced environments.
