What we seek to accomplish together:
• Provide expert technical pre-sales support for opportunities involving Cisco, Aruba, Palo, Fortinet, Checkpoint, Beyond Trust, Efficient IP network product and solutions.
• Early engagement with customer in selling network solutions - RFQ & tender
• Understand and gather customer requirements and offer complete & cost effective solution.
• Prepare solution writeup, bill of material and engage Service Delivery team for professional effort
• Ensure the completeness of technical terms and conditions
• Conduct/Lead in technical presentation and clarification
• Identify project risk (technical & execution) and provide mitigation measures
• Integrate network solutions with support from other competency presales solutions consultant.
• Upon contract award; conduct transition/ handover and briefing to project implementation team on the overall solution and design.
• Keep abreast of product technology and certifications.
• Keep updated of the latest technology and develop technical capability slides.
• Attain selected product/technology certifications to maintain our premium partnership status with product principals
• Conduct in-house technology sharing to fellow peers.

The ideal candidate should possess:
• Diploma/Degree in IT related fields
• At least 5-yrs in infrastructure/network presales experiences
• Network Certified - CCNP/CCIE , Aruba Certification, will be ideal
• Good knowledge in virtualization and cloud (IaaS) technology
• Customer service oriented, good team player, technically inclined
• Must be effective in working both independently and in a team setting
Option 2- Security Presales
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
• Provide technical expertise during the sales cycle, including solution demonstrations, proof-of-concept (POC) development, responding to RFPs/RFIs, and developing technical proposals.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and translate them into effective security solutions.
• Conduct technical presentations and address customer inquiries.
• Contribute to the creation of sales collateral, such as white papers and technical briefs
• Implementation of security solutions, ensuring they are configured and integrated correctly. This includes on-site or remote installation, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables.
• Develop detailed technical documentation for project requirements, including system architectures, configuration guides, and operational procedures
• Develop and deliver user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Provide ongoing support and collaborate with in-house support teams on post- deployment issues or operational requirements
Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in electrical/electronic engineering, computer science or related discipline
• Experience working in System Integrator (SI) or similar environment an advantage
• Experienced working with Managed threat detection and response, database/Web/application security, OT/IOT, cloud (AWS, Azure, Google) and devsecops solutions
• Strong business acumen
• Have excellent interpersonal, negotiation and analytical skills
• Able to work independently and resourceful in completing task on hand
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written skills to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Self-motivated individual with passion in the Cybersecurity field
• Certified in Security certification a plus (Such as CISSP, AWS, CCSP)
