Job Scope:

• Perform routine maintenance and repair of building facilities and equipment (e.g., electrical, plumbing, HVAC).
• Assist in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure systems are functioning safely and efficiently.
• Respond to service requests and attend to breakdowns promptly.
• Support external vendors during servicing or installation works.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
• Monitor and report equipment usage, wear, and inventory.
• Ensure all tasks comply with safety regulations and company standards.

Job Requirement:

• Min. Nitec in Facilities Management or equivalent
• Possess related working experience in facilities property management
