Requirements:
- Support Technical and Site Managers on scrubber-related technical issues and escalate complex matters to Japan HQ as needed.
- Conduct on-site visits for PM/CM activities, troubleshooting, and customer meetings.
- Assist with CMS/SCADA systems and coordinate directly with third-party vendors when required.
- Perform basic tasks using CX-Programmer and GP-Pro EX for PLC and touch panel program handling.
- Support Gas DRE testing, including tool setup, vendor coordination, and reporting.
- Manage and follow up on claim reports; liaise between site teams and Technical Service Department.
- Prepare DRE reports and maintain claim part shipment records.
- Conduct risk assessments, investigate incidents, and support WSH awareness initiatives.
- Handle daily/weekly reports, document/email translations, and interpretation for meetings or training.
Requirements:
- Able to liaising with Japanese parties
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering.
- Strong ability in handling technical issues and able to propose and negotiate service contracts to customers
- Experience in Semiconductor Fab and Service Audit will be an advantage
- Good understanding & knowledge of semiconductor facilities & processes will be an advantage
- Willing to travel daily to various sites
