Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented IT Operations & Support Engineer to provide onsite technical support for end-user devices and systems. You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware/software issues, maintaining IT assets, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

• Job Type: 2 years contract
• Working Location: Novena
• Working Hours: Mon-Fri
• Salary Package: Up to $6500 (basic) + AWS

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 1 & 2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS operating systems and standard software
• Handle user account setup, password resets, and access rights in Active Directory/O365
• Support AV equipment, video conferencing systems, and meeting room IT setups
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and warranty services
• Maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions using ticketing systems
• Perform IT equipment inventory and ensure compliance with IT policies

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of deskside or IT support experience
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and hardware troubleshooting
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA)
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and support VIP users
