We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented IT Operations & Support Engineer to provide onsite technical support for end-user devices and systems. You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware/software issues, maintaining IT assets, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.
- Job Type: 2 years contract
- Working Location: Novena
- Working Hours: Mon-Fri
- Salary Package: Up to $6500 (basic) + AWS
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 & 2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS operating systems and standard software
- Handle user account setup, password resets, and access rights in Active Directory/O365
- Support AV equipment, video conferencing systems, and meeting room IT setups
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and warranty services
- Maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions using ticketing systems
- Perform IT equipment inventory and ensure compliance with IT policies
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of deskside or IT support experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and hardware troubleshooting
- Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA)
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and support VIP users
