Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Application Engineers and Technicians in diagnosing and resolving issues in server and rack products that fail during production testing.
• Conduct thorough testing, analysis, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve product failures.
• Collaborate closely with customers, headquarters, and factory teams to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Identify and isolate failure modes and defective components to improve product reliability.
• Provide support for New Product Introduction (NPI) and oversee debugging processes during mass production.
• Develop, update, and maintain work instructions, and deliver training to technical staff.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen activities and ISO standards implementation and maintenance.

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher qualification in an Engineering-related field.
• Solid understanding of testing and debugging methodologies.
• Familiarity with Linux operating systems, Python and C++.
• Basic programming and debugging capabilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) compliance standards.
