- Inventory control for Service Division
- Assist in the field site testing where necessary.
- To perform calibration, engineering assessment, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, on-site installation, and commissioning
- Perform troubleshooting and recovery tasks.
- Provide technical services to maintain and troubleshoot different electrical systems.
- Follow preventive maintenance work schedules to specified standards and procedures and maintain all relevant written records.
- Timely and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from the field service visits.
- Timely complete and submit all required paperwork.
- Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions.
- Monitor equipment and machinery performance and conduct safety checks.
- Communicate with clients and technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
- Preferably 2 years of relevant work experience
- Possess good communication skills, able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Meticulous, self-motivated, positive working attitude and multitasking
- Possessing a Class 3 Driving license would be beneficial.
