ob Description:
  • Provide Level 1 desktop support for hardware, software, and basic network issues.
  • Assist users via phone, email, or onsite support.
  • Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of PCs, printers, and software.
  • Support user account setup and asset tracking.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2 or relevant vendors.
  • Ensure accurate logging of incidents and resolutions.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of IT support experience.
  • Nitec in Information Technology or related field.
  • Familiar with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic hardware troubleshooting.
  • Good communication and customer service mindset.
  • Able to work independently and in a team.
