A degree in IT / Computer Science

• 5-7 years of proven experience as Business Analyst, clear understanding of operational processes

• Experience in project management

• Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools.

• Experience and knowledge in generating process documentation.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work independently, lead projects, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP is a plus. A degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering/ Supply Chain or related fields
