Engineer (Plumbing & Sanitary)

Our client, a reputable Fire Protection, Plumbing & Sanitary contractor with over 15 years in Singapore's building industry, is known for delivering one-stop solutions, especially for institutional projects.

To support their growing portfolio, they are seeking an experienced Engineer passionate about Plumbing & Sanitary work, compliance, and on-site execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee plumbing & sanitary works on-site
• Prepare shop drawings, material submissions, and work schedules
• Liaise with main contractors, consultants, and suppliers
• Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with local codes (e.g. PUB, BCA)
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover processes

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience in Plumbing & Sanitary or M&E contracting
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and coordination skills; Able to work independently with tight timeline.
