- Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance
- Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools
- Contribute to the design and implementation of secure, efficient, and scalable IT systems
- Collaborate with vendors and internal IT teams to resolve system issues and improve service delivery
- Provide enterprise-wide support for Microsoft Windows, VMware, and Red Hat Linux platforms
- Participate in a 24/7 support rotation (on-call duty required approximately 1 week per month)
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- Proactive, self-driven, and passionate about operational support
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player
