Key Responsibilities:

• Design and installation of secondary electrical systems for air conditioning and mechanical ventilation (ACMV) equipment
• Preparation of control panel circuit diagrams and interface wiring for secondary electrical systems
• Development of construction and installation drawings specific to ACMV-related electrical works
• Supervision of on-site construction, installation, and testing of secondary electrical and control systems
• Coordination with subcontractors for ACMV control systems and ensuring proper interfacing with Building Automation Systems (BAS)

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering (M&E)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in building construction, with focus on ACMV projects
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate subcontractors on site
• Strong technical knowledge in ACMV systems, secondary electrical works, and ACMV control/BAS testing
• Good interpersonal and leadership skills
