Key Responsibilities:
Requirements:
• Min Degree in electrical engineering or related engineering field.
• 5 years' experience in equipment measurement/calibration.
• Qualified to be Signatory in the ISO 17025
• Candidate with CMM measurement knowledge and experience will be added advantages
• Technical knowledge and experience in Calibration department
• Have passed Audit in the ISO17025
• Must able to perform onsite job.
• Willing to work in shift work.
• Able to work independently and to coordinate several activities simultaneously
• Business and profit minded with related technical knowhow. Competitive and profit-driven; re-invents competitive advantage.
• Able to interact with all levels of management
• Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Laboratory Systems Oversight: Manage and maintain all laboratory systems to ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 standards, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of testing and calibration results.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer auditors, regulatory bodies, and government laboratories, facilitating audits and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Scope Expansion: Identify opportunities to expand the laboratory's scope of accreditation, developing and validating new testing and calibration methods in line with ISO/IEC 17025 requirements.
- Quality Management System (QMS) Maintenance: Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of the company's QMS, ensuring compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 standards and facilitating internal and external audits.
- Staff Training and Development: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new staff on calibration and testing procedures, maintaining detailed training records to demonstrate competence as required by ISO/IEC 17025
