Role: Lead L2 Technical Service Engineer
Start: ASAP
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Singapore
We are looking for a Lead L2 Technical Service Engineer to manage complex infrastructure issues, lead project deployments, and mentor junior engineers. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with strong Microsoft 365, Windows Server, virtualization, and networking experience-along with a passion for problem-solving and process excellence.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on IT infrastructure support experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Familiarity with Azure, backup tools, and basic networking (firewalls, VPNs)
- Experience in a Managed Services or Systems Integrator environment preferred
- Certifications in Microsoft, Azure, or ITIL are a plus
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Resolve advanced technical issues across systems, cloud, and infrastructure
- Lead IT projects (e.g., M365 migration, server upgrades, AD setups)
- Review and ensure quality of infrastructure deployments
- Train and support L1/L2 engineers; document SOPs and best practices
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams for solution planning and delivery
