As we prepare to open our doors in Q1/2026, we are seeking a skilled Information Technology Manager to join our dynamic team and drive excellence in our IT operations.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Singapore. You will be at the forefront of managing IT infrastructure, overseeing key projects, ensuring data security, and providing exceptional technical support to our hotel staff.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading the management of our IT infrastructure to ensure seamless operations.
• Driving and overseeing IT projects to support the hotel's strategic goals.
• Implementing robust data security measures and protocols.
• Providing reliable technical support and solutions to staff across departments.

Qualifications We're Looking For:

• Expertise in IT Infrastructure Management and Project Management.
• Proficiency in Data Security, Technical Support, Networking, and Systems Administration.
• Experience with IT systems specific to the hotel or hospitality industry.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Requirements:

• 8-10 years of experience in the local hospitality industry (pre-opening preferred).
• Experience working with regional or global chain hotels.
• Proven ability to manage operations for 250-300 rooms, including F&B outlets.
