• Responsible to provide support on the Automation System.
• To attend and carry out fault finding, diagnosis and recovery of systems from breakdowns.
• To perform routine preventive maintenance as per scheduled by maintenance planner.
• Responsible to update and create Job Aids as and when is needed.
• Responsible to carry instrument calibration and troubleshooting.
• Responsible to perform backup and restore machine program.
• To execute work order and record job performed via Maximo System.

Requirements:

• Higher NITEC / Diploma from Instrumentation & Control / Mechatronics Engineering.
• 1-2 years of experience working in pharmaceutical/healthcare manufacturing facility and automation machines.
• Understanding on SCADA/HMI systems and/or pick&place systems.
• Keen to perform troubleshooting, programming, and modifying PLCs.
• Knowledge of field instruments (temperature & pressure transmitters, control valves) with the ability to perform simple calibration and troubleshooting.
• Able to reading and interpreting maintenance procedures, equipment manuals, P&ID diagrams, and electrical schematics to perform servicing, troubleshooting, and hardware replacements.
• Able to perform 12 hours shift work.
