Responsibilities

• Perform daily duty on system monitoring
• Perform incident management and escalate incidents to level 2 maintenance team.
• Perform weekly EndPoint protection updates.
• Perform end user administration of windows AD, RSA and 2FA token.
• Perform Certificate renewal and administration for serves and end users.
• Perform adhoc administration task on firewall and endpoint protection.
• Monitoring and check on server's health status

Requirements :

• Minimum at least a Diploma in Computer Science /Information Technology or equivalent.
• Has Basic knowledge in Windows Active Directory services will be preferred.
• Has basic knowledge in Windows Certificate Authority services will be preferred.
• Manage and coordinate between customers and vendors for fault resolution where necessary.
• Provide operation support, maintenance and administration.
• Has basic knowledge on Switches and Routers will be preferred

Additional Information :

• *Work Schedule: 12 Hour shifts / 15-16 Shifts per month (Including PH/Weekend) (based on duty roster)
• *Allowances: Site & Shift allowances
