Job duties:

*Preparing drawings with Auto CAD.

* Supervising, coordinating and scheduling thedaily activities of a construction site.

*Coordinating work activities with LTA, Maincontractors.

*Establishing methods to meet work schedules andcoordinating work activities with otherdepartments/maincontractors/supervisors/managers Resolving workproblems and recommending measures toimprove productivity and product quality.

*On-site requirements of materials Order tosuppliers.

*Training or arranging for the training of workers injob duties, safety procedures and companypolicies.

*Preparing work schedules, progress claiminvoices, and other reports.

*Draw for different types of sections & plan ofcolumn, slab, beam and necessary drawing.

*Prepare and collate architectural, and structuralshop drawing including as-built drawings.

*Produce drawing timely in a given schedule andensure drawing is in compliance with projectstandards and specifications.

Requirements:

*Knowledge of drawings with Auto CAD.

*Estimate the measurement and quantity takingoff.

*Estimate the cost of building projects.

*Prepare bill of quantity. (BOQ).

*Check the daily usage of the material records.

*Ensure the quantity control of the project.

*Prepare office documents
