- Ensure adherence to ethical AI practices and compliance with security and privacy standards in all AI models and solutions.
- Conduct in-depth research to stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering growth and sharing technical expertise.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 12 years in AI/ML development, with a strong focus on generative AI.
- Technical Skills:
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
Strong expertise in deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision. - Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and MLOps best practices.
- Business Acumen: Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable AI-driven solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in developing ethical AI models and ensuring compliance with international AI regulations.
- A strong publication record or contributions to open-source AI projects is a plus.
