Qualifications & experience

Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 5 years of field service experience in Oil & Gas or Utility industry, servicing Low/Medium Voltage Switchgear Products

Relevant experience working on Protection Relays and Motor Relays is an advantage

Able to work independently.

Self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Travel, often on short notice, to customer sites to resolve problems or support other field service personnel

Only those with relevant experience in Switchgear will be considered.

Tasks & responsibilities

Conduct on-site installation supervision, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of the company's Switchgear Products

Perform Product lifecycle Audit at the site, and recommend courses of action.

Regular interaction with customers and factory colleagues at a professional level.

Provide adequate documentation and reports upon completion of each assigned job.

Adhering to the company's HSE policy and being committed to the principles and practices of the Company's Business Conduct and Ethics.

Manage customer relationships and provide technical support to the Sales Team when required.
