• 6-months contract
• Working Location: East (near MRT)
• Working Hour: Monday to Friday 830am to 530pm

Scope of Work:

• Full-time, on-site BIM modelling for M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) works
• Develop and update 3D BIM models (Revit format) based on design drawings and coordination requirements
  Includes cable tray and cable routing
  Equipment layout (e.g., cabinets, junction boxes, starter panels)
• Produce BIM-based documentation:
  Shop drawing submission sheets (DWG & PDF)
  Quantity take-offs and schedules (Excel format)
• Attend on-site technical and coordination meetings as required
