We are seeking a hands-on and proactive Engineer for Estate Management to support the ongoing maintenance and operations of our client building and facility assets. This role involves conducting regular inspections, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring that rectification and improvement works are carried out efficiently. Job Responsibilities:

• Support the daily maintenance and operations of building/property facilities
• Conduct routine inspections and identify building defects or maintenance needs
• Liaise with and supervise contractors on repair and rectification works
• Recommend and implement improvement works to enhance building conditions
• Respond to service requests and feedback from internal and external stakeholders
• Be available to work on weekends and after office hours when required
• Respond promptly to urgent or emergency situations outside of normal working hours
• Be prepared to carry out hands-on tasks as needed

Skill Set Requirements:

• Strong ability to manage contractors and coordinate with various stakeholders
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Problem-solving mindset with a positive, resourceful, and proactive attitude
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
• Fire Safety Manager Certificate or BCSS (Supervise Construction Work for WSH) is an added advantage

Minimum Experience Requirement:

• Diploma in Building, Facility Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in estate or facilities management
