Project Engineer

a. Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the construction of civil, structural, geotechnical, mechanical & electrical, or architectural works for projects of similar scale, complexity, and nature.

b. Qualifications: Hold a degree in Civil & Structural Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Architecture, or a recognized degree in a relevant field, subject to the acceptance of the Officer-in-Charge (OIC).

c. Project Management: Extensive experience in project management and coordination, preferably in large-scale civil and infrastructure works.

d. Skills: Self-motivated, driven, and equipped with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

e. Technical Proficiency: Able to understand technical drawings, specifications, and requirements.

f. Work Ethic: Capable of working independently, excelling as a strong team player, and managing fast-paced projects effectively.

g. Communication: Possess excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders across all levels. Demonstrates strong presentation skills.

h. Conflict Resolution: Skilled in negotiation and conflict management.
