Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily maintenance of the following items: electrical works, mechanical pumps, air-conditioning system, plumbing repairs
• Oversee works completed by contractors are as per requirements and completed within timeframe
• Ensure all technical equipment/machines are in good running condition
• Standby night duties for exigency call
• Assist the implementation and corrective maintenance programs
• Handle complaints and repair works accurately and timely
• Responsible for the requisition of all light bulbs, electrical items, mechanical and hardware
• Must be able to manage basic office administrative skills.

Requirements:

• NITEC in Electrical & Air-conditioning or equivalent with 2 years of experience in a similar capacity
• Good in decision-making, possess integrity, resourceful and able to work long hours if required
• Must be able to perform shift duties and work on weekends and public holidays
• 5-day work week (Mon to Sun), Working Hours: 8:15am to 5:30pm
• Basic + Laundry & Mobile allowances + AWS + VB + Employee benefits
• Staff transport provided at Kranji MRT station (7:45am)
