• Industry/ Organization Type: Construction/Heavy Machinery Equipment
• Position Title: Assistant Service Engineer
• Working Location: Tuas (Transportation Provided from North/North-East/West Area MRT)
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri: 8.15am to 5.15pm)
• Salary Package: Up to $3,200 + AWS + Meal Allowance + Company Transportation/Transportation Allowance + Group Medical Insurance
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Assists the service team with maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of equipment and machinery
• Aid in the maintenance, repair, and servicing of heavy machinery or equipment, whether on-site or in the workshop.
• Assist with the installation and commissioning of heavy machinery or equipment.
• Provide support in diagnostics, troubleshooting, and technical evaluations.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance under guidance.
• Accurately and promptly prepare service reports and documentation.
• Communicate professionally with customers during service visits.
• Keep the workshop environment clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Follow company safety standards and operational procedures during all service activities.
• Execute other ad-hoc tasks as directed by the manager.

• Min. ITE in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Min. 2 years of working experience in related field
• Have Forklift or Class 3 driving license is a plus
• Proficient in using hand tools, power tools and diagnostic equipment
