Requirements:

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, naval architecture, or maritime studies
- 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, technical analysis, or innovation-related role, preferably in the maritime or offshore sectors
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful insights
- Proficient in using engineering software, data analysis tools, and project management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to sustainability, digitalization, and innovation in the maritime sector
- Adaptable and proactive, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Fluency in English
