Job Title: Maintenance Assistant Engineer (Production)

About Company:
Our client was established in 1997. A wholly owned subsidiary of a major chemical company in Japan. They produce Super-Pure Hydrogen Peroxide and Ammonium Hydroxide for the semiconductor industry.

Job Description:
- Reports directly to the Senior / Production Maintenance Engineer.
- Perform the purification process of hydrogen peroxide and its related activities.
- Perform the mixing of ammonium hydroxide process and its related activities.
- Perform the process facilities operation and its related activities.
- Conduct process maintenance operations and its related activities.
- Arranged manpower and work utilization, lead staff during maintenance operation on related equipment and instruments.
- Ensure that all related operation, processes, equipment, instruments, and facilities are performing within stipulated standard and in line with acceptable quality and safety levels.
- Conducts arrangement for preventive maintenance, calibration, and other related activities for the above-mentioned operations.
- Ensure that all related equipment / instruments are within prescribes inventory threshold.
- Carry out review of the process for continual improvement and able to conduct statistical process control parameters.

Job Requirements:
- Degree or its equivalent preferably with at least 2 year working experience in process maintenance manufacturing setting
- Good spoken and written skills in English
- Well versed in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge on Auto-CAD is preferred

Compensation:
- Work location: Tuas, Singapore
- Working hour: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Uniform provided
