Job Purpose

We are looking for a highly proactive, self-sufficient, and ownership-driven Service Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who take full responsibility for their work, actively seek solutions, and are eager to learn new technologies.

Job Scope

• Deployment: Commission and set up robots at new customer locations or job sites, ensuring high-quality performance and stable daily operation.

• Servicing: Travel to customer sites as needed for onsite support, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting services.

• User Training: Train customers on how to use and maintain our cleaning robots, and certify them for proper operation.

• Remote Support: Address technical inquiries, quickly identify issues, and troubleshoot robot malfunctions to ensure minimal downtime and maintain customer satisfaction.

• Cross Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams to address and solve robot issues, both on-site and for factory returns. Collect feedback to help improve the product and share insights with the R&D team.

• Assist with any additional duties assigned by the manager.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in technical support or servicing, in robotics or automation.

• Candidates without prior experience are strongly encouraged to apply if they can demonstrate strong character, initiative, and a problem-solving mindset. A Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field is required.
