About the Role

We are looking for a driven and strategic individual to join our client as a Business Excellence & Continuous Improvement Senior Executive. This role will play a key part in driving our Business Excellence & Sustainability strategy, enhancing operational efficiency through Business Process Re-engineering (BPR), and championing Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Business Process Re-engineering (BPR)

• Lead BPR or organizational/job redesign projects to improve operational effectiveness.
• Partner with Business Units to streamline processes and eliminate inefficiencies.
• Integrate automation and AI into business processes for smarter operations.
• Conduct process mapping to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Build and maintain a central repository of process documentation and improvement initiatives.

Continuous Improvement (CI)

• Cultivate a culture of CI through Lean Six Sigma and change management frameworks.
• Lead productivity-focused projects to reduce costs and improve capacity, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Champion Business Process Management and Continuous Improvement across all verticals.

Project Management

• Manage and facilitate assigned improvement projects with clear deliverables and KPIs.

Certification & Compliance

• Support annual ISO certification efforts (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 22301, ISO 28000, ISO 37001).
• Maintain and review SOPs, manuals, and documentation to ensure continued relevance.
• Act as audit liaison and follow through on corrective actions until completion.
• Conduct risk assessments and plan tabletop exercises to strengthen crisis readiness.
• Manage customer and authority audits, including third-party assessments.
• Track and monitor license and certificate expirations to ensure compliance.

Other Duties

• Occasionally attend meetings at our Clementi location.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or related field
• ISO Internal Auditor qualification (Lead Auditor preferred)
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (minimum)
• Minimum 5 years' experience in logistics or lean manufacturing
• Strong track record in BPR and operational excellence
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Power BI
• Experience in sustainability is a plus
