We're looking for a hands-on, tech-savvy individual to install, support, and troubleshoot payment terminals at merchant locations across Singapore.

About the Job
The Field Service Technician is a vital member of the Technical Support Team, responding to customer requests for on-site attention, including training, installation, upgrading, and resolving technical issues, to ensure a high level of merchant satisfaction.

What's in the Job

• Whenever a new merchant signs up to CubePay's digital payment service(s), you are required to help the merchant get started, from training, guiding, installing, setting up, and upgrading payment terminal devices - hardware, device software, and related networks.
• You will be on standby to respond to merchants requesting on-site technical support.
• You will be required to make scheduled visits to merchants to troubleshoot, solve their technical problems, as and when required.

✅ Requirements:

• Min. ITE NITEC or equivalent
• Valid Class 3 or/and 2B license
• Basic IT/hardware/networking knowledge
• Able to work independently & handle customers
• Willing to travel & support rotational standby
