Job Requirements:
- Co-ordinate and document all PM activities and ensure that the PM conducted are of the highest quality
- Co-ordinate with vendors and manage the spare parts inventory
- Support new machine set up and equipments buy off
- Assist in carrying out continuous improvement projects
- Project oversight ensures the project stays on track, meets its objectives, and is completed successfully.
- Evaluates, selects and orders equipment that is most appropriate and cost effective for the manufacture of company products.
- Oversees the installation, modification, upgrade and maintenance of facility equipment.
- Maintains current records on equipment manufacturers' technical notices, upgrades and safety issues.
- Studies equipment performance and reliability.
- Establishes programs and solutions for increasing uptime and for equipment problems that affect the manufacturing process.
- Provides technical support to the manufacturing equipment repair and process engineering organizations.
- Submit cooling tower AGS report to NEA
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering / Material Science
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in equipment maintenance
- Able to interpret mechanical / electronic and electrical drawing
- Knowledge of computer hardware and operating system, e.g Windows, Unix/Linux
- Able to work independently
