Engineering️ Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications & Skills:
- ️ Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, escalating complex cases as needed
- Support network connectivity and user account issues
- Install, configure, and upgrade computer systems and software
- ️ Ensure security protocols are followed and assist with antivirus management
- Respond to support tickets via phone, email, or ticketing system promptly
- Document issues and resolutions accurately for knowledge base
- Train end-users on basic IT procedures and new technology
- Maintain IT inventory and track equipment lifecycle
- Collaborate with IT team to implement upgrades and improvements
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 1-3 years experience in desktop support or technical support role
- Proficient in Windows and Mac OS environments
- ⚙️ Familiarity with common software applications (MS Office, antivirus, VPN)
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- ️ Good communication and customer service skills
- Understanding of IT security best practices
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
