Key Responsibilities:

  • ️ Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, escalating complex cases as needed
  • Support network connectivity and user account issues
  • Install, configure, and upgrade computer systems and software
  • ️ Ensure security protocols are followed and assist with antivirus management
  • Respond to support tickets via phone, email, or ticketing system promptly
  • Document issues and resolutions accurately for knowledge base
  • Train end-users on basic IT procedures and new technology
  • Maintain IT inventory and track equipment lifecycle
  • Collaborate with IT team to implement upgrades and improvements

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • 1-3 years experience in desktop support or technical support role
  • Proficient in Windows and Mac OS environments
  • ⚙️ Familiarity with common software applications (MS Office, antivirus, VPN)
  • Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • ️ Good communication and customer service skills
  • Understanding of IT security best practices
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
