Requirements:
- Apply chemical/mechanical knowledge to daily operation, process troubleshooting and improvement.
- Responsible for section quality KPI.
- Work with different stakeholders (i.e. production team and suppliers) to investigate and troubleshoot process related problem.
- Initiate evaluation work procedure and improve the existing processes.
- Prepare and standardize work procedure and provide trainings to all relevant operators.
- Responsible for quality and any discrepancies when arise.
- Set quarterly MBO and review MBO (Management by Objective).
- Initiate continuous cost reduction activity.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Must be willing to work overseas (3 - 6 months training in China)
- Min. Diploma in Engineering (Chemical/EEE/Mechanical/Materials) or Degree
- Good team player
- Strong interpersonal communication and writing skills
- Good presentation skills
- No experience required, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Able to work with friends of the same engineering batch/group
