Job Purpose:
Maintain, support, and improve IT infrastructure, databases, and cloud systems to ensure smooth operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support for servers, cloud platforms, and system performance issues.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows, Linux servers, and Office 365 environments.
• Set up and maintain Oracle and SQL Server databases for performance and stability.
• Coordinate system updates, backups, and security patching with internal teams.
• Monitor IT tickets, resolve incidents quickly, and follow internal IT support processes.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in IT systems, cloud support, or server administration.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Active Directory, and VMware platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle and Microsoft SQL database systems.
• Certifications like AWS SysOps, MCSE, or RHCE are highly preferred.

The successful Senior Infrastructure Engineer must possess strong experience in server management, cloud platforms like AWS, and database operations.
