1. STRATEGY

• Roll out of the MS and APMO zone HSE strategy

• Promote, organize and monitor among affiliates the implementation strategies of the Company HSE strategy adapted to the local context

• Drive dedicated programs to improve specific HSE performances

2. AFFILIATE SUPPORT

• Level-2 support for affiliates on HSE issues and demands

• Ensure deployment and efficiency of action plans produced upon audits & controls

• Training and coaching of affiliates on HSE actions, program rollout and global HSE processes (skill development)

3. ZONE COORDINATION & DEPLOYMENT

• Animation of the HSE managers network of the zone: sharing of best practices, REX...

• Consolidate and analyze HSE data to identify areas of progress and provide solutions

4. PROJECTS

• Perform due diligence in case of zone development projects and give the necessary feedback to the zone management

• Take part to projects (construction, major refurbishment...) working groups and ensure HSE requirements are fulfilled

More generally

• Intervenes with BUs to manage crises caused by serious (and more) events: investigation, provision of expertise, internal communication

SPECIFIC EXPERTISE FOR THE ZONE: Integrity & Major Risks (IMR) + One Maestro

• Define a deployment strategy adapted to the local context

• Define APMO IMR objectives

• Advise APMO affiliates for the IMR process

• Determine priority area of work in the scope of Maestro/Maestro LOG audit preparation and follow-up

• Advise SteerCo of major APMO projects (construction, major refurbishment, M&A..) for the IMR aspect
