Responsibilities:

Materials Planning Analysis, Field Work Study and Information Management

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis
• Develop and present insightful reports, dashboards, and presentations
• Utilise advanced data analysis techniques.
• Prepare operation model and SOPs

Contracts and Procurement

• Prepare Tender proposals, Invitation to Quotations (ITQs)
• Identify and assess potential risks associated with contracts and propose mitigation strategies
• Drafting POs and Commercial Agreements - Basic knowledge of Contract Laws, Sales of Goods Act, Incoterms 2020

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Project Management
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suites
• Meticulous and resourceful with good networking abilities
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly
• Must be self-motivated and a great team worker
• Candidates should be comfortable performing field work in dynamic outdoor environments, which may include construction sites and other rugged settings.
