Requirements:
- Plan, design and supervise C&S engineering works (e.g. buildings, roads, drains, sewers, earthworks, underground buildings, temporary structures).
- Perform analysis and design for the project.
- Supervise the drafting of drawings related to design.
- Ensure all engineering works comply with relevant statutory standards, regulations and Codes of Practice.
- Manage project stakeholders, clients, design team, site team and other relevant parties.
- Coordinate with contractors, project team and design consultants.
- Ability to work independently in analyses, design, submissions, construction support and coordination works.
- Experienced in leading a team of engineers/drafters to deliver the project objectives, and to represent the Lead Engineer.
Requirements:
- Possess a Civil and Structural Engineering degree recognized by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore.
- Min 10 years working experiences in Singapore on structural engineering projects.
- Familiar with structural engineering design to local Codes, Regulations and requirements,and Eurocode.
- Well verse in structural design software, e.g. ETABS, STAAD Pro, SAFE, SAP 2000, MIDAS, etc.
- Familiar with authority submission requirements for civil-structural works.
- Experience in design/project management works in BIM.
- Conversant with statutory code and requirements for site supervision, quality control procedure and construction administration.
