We're looking to add a Engineer, Test in Singapore. The position is based in our GES Site in Marsiling.

As a Engineer, Test, you will:

Be responsible to drive to meet the set KPI, timely submission of NPI quotes and DFT reports, timely setup of ICT and FCT testers for mass production and driving root cause analysis of top and repeated failures for both in house PCA test and customer box level test (RMA).

The key responsibilities are as below:

NPI

• Conduct ICT DFT, feedback to customer if accessibility coverage is low (
• Quotations for ICT, FPT, FCT, offline raw IC programming sockets

Mass Production

• Setup Offline programming station, ICT and FCT.
• Liaise with supplier and customer on test coverage enhancement.
• Generate test WI, TMPCN.
• Provide training to Test Operators and Debug Technician.
• Carry out tester buy-off (Virus scan, IQ, OQ & PQ).
• Setup DGS routing (availability of FCT error codes).
• Compile test yield report.
• Provide guidance to Debug Technicians on troubleshooting fail ICT & FCT PCA.
• Attend to tester breakdown.
• ICT and FCT program fine tuning and enhancement.
• ICT and FCT Test time reduction.
• Work together with QME team on Root Cause Analysis for high fallout failures in ICT and FCT.
• Ensure preventive maintenance is carried out.
• Provide the list of equipment that required calibration to the QA department
• Ensure debug WIP is monitored and kept at a manageable level

RMA

• Failure analysis of failed boards (high failures and repeated cases)
• Test gap analysis for NDF boards - correlation of customer box build functional test and in house PCA test.
• Monitor aging boards ensuring TAT is not exceeded

What skills and experiences are we looking for?

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and at least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• At least 1 year working experience in a Test PCBA environment
• Knowledge of Agilent 3070 tester is an added advantage
• Knowledge of Labview software is essential
• Knowledge of SQL, C#, VB.Net and ASP.Net,
