Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate efforts among internal team members-such as AV designers, drafters, engineers, site engineers, and safety officers-as well as engage with external collaborators including consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, manufacturers, and suppliers.
• Interpret and analyze schematic and construction drawings to prepare detailed AV construction documentation.
• Take charge of project timelines, financial planning, variation orders, and material lists.
• Handle client interactions to meet expectations and enhance overall satisfaction.
• Strategically plan and allocate resources to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements

• ITE/Diploma in any disciple.
• Min. 2 years of experience in project management within construction sites or A&A works involving M&E or ELV systems.
• Min.1 year of hands-on experience managing Audio Visual (AV) projects.
• Skilled in using design software such as AutoCAD or REVIT.
• Background in overseeing projects at construction sites.
• Familiar with interpreting BIM models.
