As Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing ultrasound devices and system components (i.e., PCBA, etc). You will work with a cross-functional team to identify root causes, perform detailed electronics repair, and maintain full compliance with medical device quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair ultrasound medical equipment

* Complete service reports, maintenance logs, and regulatory documentation with high accuracy.

* Communicate effectively with customers, manage service expectations, and escalate unresolved issues appropriately.

* Perform workshop maintenance tasks and ensure adherence to 5S and GDPMDS compliance standards in all repair areas.

* Carry out other tasks and ad-hoc assignments as delegated by supervisors to support operational needs.

Requirements:

- ITE/Higher NITEC/Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or a related field

- - Previous experience in service or maintenance roles is preferred

- A valid Class 3 driving license and personal vehicle are advantageous

- Demonstrate a positive, proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask

- Steady hands and keen eyes to handle delicate components

- Require critical thinking and problem-solving skills

- Good with Microsoft Office
