Requirement:
- Responsible in for taking charge in daily operation, process troubleshooting and improvement with evaluation work procedure and improve the existing processes
- Responsible for the department KPI
- In charge of preparing and standardizing work procedure and provide trainings to all relevant operators
- Work with the cross function team to investigate and troubleshoot process related problem
- In charge of setting quarterly MBO and review MBO and initiating continuous cost reduction activity
- Other duties as assigned
Requirement:
- Min Diploma in Engineering or relevant
- Must be willing to work overseas
- No Experience required
