Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Information Technology Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of our organization's IT infrastructure and systems. The ideal candidate will ensure that our IT operations are aligned with business goals, secure, and efficient while leading a team of IT professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• IT Strategy & Planning:
  Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures in alignment with business objectives.
  Oversee IT budgets, forecasts, and resource planning to support organizational goals.
• Infrastructure Management:
  Manage and maintain IT systems, networks, and hardware to ensure reliability and performance.
  Lead initiatives to modernize and optimize IT infrastructure, including cloud migrations and virtualization.
• Security & Compliance:
  Implement robust security measures to protect against cyber threats and ensure data integrity.
  Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Team Leadership:
  Lead, mentor, and develop an IT team to deliver exceptional support and innovative solutions.
  Foster collaboration and knowledge-sharing within the team and across departments.
• Project Management:
  Oversee IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
  Coordinate with vendors, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams for successful project execution.
• Support & Troubleshooting:
  Ensure high availability of IT systems and provide support for troubleshooting and incident resolution.
  Monitor and address IT-related issues to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in IT management, including leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and networks, including LAN/WAN, servers, and cloud platforms.
• Experience with IT service management (e.g., ITIL framework) and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMP, or Prince2).
• Proficiency in cybersecurity practices and tools to ensure secure IT environments.
• Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as CISSP, ITIL, AWS Solutions Architect, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE).
• Experience in managing hybrid IT environments with on-premises and cloud solutions.
• Background in ERP systems or enterprise software implementation.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, and big data analytics.
