• Conduct additive preparation in accordance with established procedures and specifications, ensuring safe and efficient production.
• Participate in equipment commissioning activities to achieve a safe and stable commissioning and startup of the new plant
• Perform basic maintenance tasks such as, changing small valves, replacing filters, connecting hoses, breaking flanges, and cleaning of equipment/area.
• Highlight Maintenance request notifications need to Supervision.
• Support shift operation on grade change transition as per Supervision instruction.
• Receive and track all incoming goods and outgoing isotainer shipped materials.
• Closely monitor material inventories by conducting stock count and plan with Day Supervisor or Packaging Warehouse Supervisor to ensure material inventories are sufficient for daily production.
• Preparing chemicals, including mixing and dilution, for process operations.
• Assist in preparing plant equipment for maintenance and ensure all required Lockout, Tagout and Tryout has been performed.
• Commissioning and de-commissioning of process equipment.
• Proper handing and blending of non-conforming and off specs products.
