About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze business processes, gather and refine requirements, and drive actionable insights to support decision-making and solution design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders and business units
• Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and workflows
• Analyze current-state processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation
• Prepare business cases, impact assessments, and stakeholder presentations
• Support testing, validation, and change management activities during project delivery
• Mentor junior BAs and contribute to best practices across teams

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Information Technology role
• Strong experience in stakeholder management, business process modelling, and data analysis
• Proficient in tools such as MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and any requirement management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working on cross-functional or enterprise-level projects

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project environments
• Exposure to data visualization or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
