About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and organised Senior Project Manager to lead the planning and delivery of strategic initiatives across multiple teams. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, stakeholder management, and execution skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management across multiple concurrent initiatives
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
• Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate communication across departments
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve issues to ensure project success
• Drive project governance, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Mentor junior project managers and contribute to PMO best practices

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of project management or information technology experience, preferably in IT or business transformation projects
• Proven track record of successfully delivering medium to large-scale projects
• Strong organisational, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Proficient with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana, Confluence)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
• Familiarity with budgeting, vendor management, and contract negotiations
