An Engineer/Project Engineer is a professional responsible for overseeing all technical and engineering aspects of assigned projects. They play a crucial role in planning, scheduling, predicting, and managing technical tasks throughout the project to ensure accuracy, proper resource allocation, and quality maintenance from initiation to completion. They are hands-on and actively participate in the development projects assigned to them.

• Oversee all technical and engineering aspects of assigned projects.
• Complete all tasks assigned by managers or top management within specified deadlines.
• Establish or design testing methods to monitor and ensure the overall quality of the project.
• Collect and analyze project information to generate status reports and provide recommendations for future actions.
• Ensure the timely completion of assigned projects and collaborate with relevant departments associated with the project.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum Polytechnic Diploma or Undergraduate Degree (Preferably in Automation, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or Renewable Energy).
• 2 years of experience in a Project, R&D, or Engineering Department is preferred.
• High levels of innovation and initiative, along with out-of-the-box thinking, are essential.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D drawing software (such as Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks, Pro/E, or similar) is required.
• Smart work and honesty are valued qualities.
