Our client is seeking a Principal Engineer to join their Diffusion Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing process performance to meet production and quality goals.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control key process metrics
• Ensure quality standards at critical process points
• Drive continuous improvement and troubleshoot process issues
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on recipe development and equipment optimization
• Support new equipment start-up and process development
• Manage process reports and follow-up actions

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering with at least 4-8 years of relevant experience
• Strong team leadership, analytical, and communication skills
