Requirements
- Support the Business Operations Department to achieve high standard of customer satisfaction through customer excellence. Key technical interface with customers and responsible for the management of prototyping activities.
- Drive customer satisfaction survey and improvement plan for customers
- Responsible for overall prototype activities from tapeout, WIP, qualification till EOL
- Support customer satisfaction and improvement plan for customer
- Product Data Base (PDB) owner in terms of system support, training and change management
- Order-PDM system coordination with VIS/NXP E-commerce
- Reticle management coordination with TSMC EBO on mask making
- EN/LHN creation and analyze EN/TIP accuracy.
- Coordinate for general engineering activities.
- Product portfolio management; monitor tape-out to qualification progress
- Support weekly account review activities / conference calls with customers
- Non-conformance event / concession management with customer
- Support ECN (Engineering change management) / STR (Special test request) communications
- Prototype management support involving follow up on daily status, weekly indices, facilitate efficient tape-out, WIP management, qualification and EOL.
- Align products to processes (Technology roadmap / Master D0 Table) with customers
- Training program coordination/development (Customer relationship management)
Requirements
- Degree in Microelectronics/Electronics/Electrical Engineering, Physics, Applied Science or equivalent, Master in Microelectronics or MBA will be a plus
- Manager : 6 - 10 years of experiences in a semiconductor environment with working knowledge in terms of Product data management system and technical support/coordination
- Senior Engineers : Several years relevant experience in semiconductor manufacturing environment
- Preferably with sub-micron wafer fab process integration/WAT or specific process module knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft software application; Access, Power Point, Excel and Word
- Good presentation and project management skills
- Attentive to details, Positive working attitude, Team Player
