Our client is looking for an experienced Principal Engineer to lead the operations and optimization of Ultrapure Water (UPW) and wastewater systems within a high-volume semiconductor facility. This role focuses on ensuring system reliability, regulatory compliance, and driving efficiency improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance strategies for UPW systems
• Troubleshoot system issues and implement root cause solutions
• Monitor system performance and drive improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency
• Optimize procedures and reduce utility consumption through targeted initiatives
• Ensure compliance with all applicable standards, codes, and safety regulations
• Provide technical guidance, training, and support to team members
• Manage documentation, system histories, and spare part planning
• Oversee and support execution of related facility projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Chemistry.
• Minimum 6-10 years of relevant experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, or industrial utilities operations.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple operational demands.
• Effective communicator with a collaborative mindset and solid technical foundation in process systems.
