Responsibilities:

• Support the Production Supervisor and Manager in on-site and off-site operations
• Learn and gain a comprehensive understanding of production equipment and processes
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot processing machinery (hands-on role)
• Perform maintenance, repair, and upkeep of manufacturing systems
• Clean and sanitize equipment before and after production runs
• Withdraw, weigh, and handle starting materials according to process requirements
• Plan and organize daily production tasks and workflow
• Adhere to SOPs, safety protocols, and work instructions
• Execute any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in electrical engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably within pharma processes
• Strong proficiency in PLC-based systems, including:
  Ladder Logic
  Functional Block
  Structured Text
• Experience in PLC-machine integration
